We are seeking a highly organised and methodical nurse to join our team as a Clinical Deputy Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will be a personable and hands-on nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change. You will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong focus on clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of the care home's strategic plan
