About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Automotive Aftermarket Manager to join our team. As a key member of the service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the service department, including daily checks, and ensuring that all outstanding campaigns are added to the job sheet on creation.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the Light Vehicle aftersales sector and CSI focused, with experience working as a Service or Depot Manager within a Main Dealer. You will possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via email and telephone, and be organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving.

In this role, you will be required to manage all Service Department procedures with the aid of the Workshop Controller, deal with customer queries and complaints in a timely manner, and provide quality reports on time and consistent with the current standards. Additionally, you will manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure targets and business objectives are met.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £40,000 basic, with an OTE of 55k. If you are a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
