We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator with strong Japanese language skills to join our team at Centre People Appointments. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, including order processing, inventory control, and shipping coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Process requests for quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
- Arrange shipments, including inland, export to Japan, and import from Japan
- Take delivery schedule control and follow up
- Make data entries onto our computer system
- Generate shipping documents, export/import
- Handle claim disposition
- Take care of post delivery
- Take care of document filing
- Coordinate guest accommodation, including transportation, hotel, and restaurant arrangements
- Provide secretarial support to our coordinator, manager, and/or MD
- Business level of fluency in both Japanese and English
- Experience in import/export business is desirable
- Ability to work in a small office environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary, £24-26K depending on experience
