About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator with strong Japanese language skills to join our team at Centre People Appointments. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, including order processing, inventory control, and shipping coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process requests for quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Arrange shipments, including inland, export to Japan, and import from Japan
  • Take delivery schedule control and follow up
  • Make data entries onto our computer system
  • Generate shipping documents, export/import
  • Handle claim disposition
  • Take care of post delivery
  • Take care of document filing
  • Coordinate guest accommodation, including transportation, hotel, and restaurant arrangements
  • Provide secretarial support to our coordinator, manager, and/or MD
Requirements
  • Business level of fluency in both Japanese and English
  • Experience in import/export business is desirable
  • Ability to work in a small office environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
