Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement support plans that respect client autonomy and dignity.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and household duties.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should have experience working with people with disabilities and a strong understanding of support principles.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check and unrestricted Australian Driver's License are essential.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster, must be provided.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible work arrangements, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
