About the Role:

As an Area Manager Graduate, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals to ensure the smooth execution of our business operations. You will analyze data, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes. Your days will be filled with prioritizing routine team management, daily operational tasks, and individual escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyze and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels
  • Support and lead a team, handle administrative work, and build a strong team culture
  • Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes
