About the Job

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for collecting and formatting data from internal systems using Excel and Power BI, performing repeatable tasks including auditing records and providing support for the CIC management team, and assisting with business events and other ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team, diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. You should also have knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, including Burndown techniques and Retrospective formats.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
