Oldbury, Sandwell, United Kingdom We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) Full time

About Us

We are a reputable secondary education provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality academic experiences. Our innovative project-based approach to learning minimizes lesson planning strain, allowing us to focus on the holistic development of our students.

In 2019, we received outstanding feedback from our first Ofsted inspection, highlighting our excellent behaviour, pastoral care, and leadership systems. We were praised for being 'warm but strict' and prioritizing knowledge in our curriculum, earning us recognition as an exemplary institution.

Our attendance and absence figures are amongst the best in the country, despite serving a socio-economically deprived area with a diverse student cohort.

At WMJobs, we maintain high expectations for behaviour and politeness, supported by various procedures. In 2018, we became one of the first schools nationally to receive the Schools of Character award, recognizing our commitment to developing young people beyond the classroom.

Safeguarding is our top priority, and we expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
