Room Attendant Opportunity at Fraser Suites

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Fraser Suites. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing efficient, courteous, and high-quality service within the Housekeeping Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure total guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Oversee all rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Interact with customers to provide support and assistance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other operations departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
