Are you a recent graduate looking to kick-start your career in pest control?
We are seeking a skilled Graduate Pest Control Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial 1927 PLC, covering the London area.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with science, business management or social science degrees to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of pest control.
Competitive Salary Package: £28,816 per annum, with expected OTE of £32,000 per annum, including bonus and commission schemes.

Relocation Package: Up to £5,000 for those moving from more than 2 hours away.
Work-Life Balance: Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hr week), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with increased salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
- Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
- Offer advice on premise maintenance and hygiene.
- Complete accurate reports after every visit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject or BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Desire to work hard and interact with customers daily.
- Flexibility to support business needs.
