Job Role: Environmental Enforcement Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Enforcement Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd. As an Environmental Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public health, safety, and environmental standards by enforcing environmental laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environmental Law Enforcement: Enforce environmental regulations and local by-laws relating to littering, fly-tipping, graffiti, waste management, noise pollution, and other environmental concerns.
  • Patrol and Investigation: Patrol assigned areas to detect violations and ensure compliance with environmental laws. Investigate reports of environmental offenses from the public and respond promptly to complaints.
  • Issuing Fines and Notices: Issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs) and citations to individuals or businesses for non-compliance with environmental laws. Prepare and serve legal documents, including warning notices and fines, in accordance with local laws.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in environmental science, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in environmental enforcement, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
