Job Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our community reporting team and contribute to the development of our premium subscription content. This is a unique opportunity to advance your career and skills in a dynamic and exciting media brand.

As a Data Journalist, you will be responsible for sourcing, writing, and publishing original stories for GB News subscribers. You will work closely with our producers and on-air talent to produce engaging content and behind-the-scenes moments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and writing high-quality news stories for our subscribers.
  • Publishing investigations, in-depth analysis, and data journalism.
  • Liaising with GB News producers and on-air talent to produce engaging content.
  • Developing your own ideas and exclusive stories to drive audience engagement.
  • Monitoring analytics and data to maximize the reach and impact of your content.

Requirements

  • NCTJ qualification with newsroom experience.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong news sense and ability to write at speed and to tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of SEO and audience analytics.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends as needed.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
