About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team at HMP Elmley and HMP Swaleside. As an expert practitioner, you will provide specialist mental healthcare to offenders and work closely with the Primary Care team, Substance Misuse team, and Prison staff to ensure the overall responsibility for the mental and physical health and well-being of offenders in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational management and day-to-day leadership of the In-reach team at HMP Elmley and HMP Swaleside.
- Provide specialist mental healthcare to offenders.
- Work as a source of expert advice to the Primary Care team, Substance Misuse team, Prison staff, and Offenders.
