## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team at PEXA Group. As an Associate Director Structural Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design of major multi-million-pound building structures across various sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, and leisure.

## Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design of complex building structures, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes
