Accounts Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team in Coleshill, Birmingham. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing key financial tasks, including purchase ledger and sales invoices, bank transactions, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inboxes for Purchase and Sales Ledger, ensuring smooth operations
  • Process purchase ledger and sales invoices, handling bank transactions for designated sites
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers, providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the credit controller to support key credit control processes
  • Reconcile monthly supplier accounts, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Provide vital support for internal and external audits, maintaining compliance standards
  • Resolve supplier queries efficiently, ensuring no question goes unanswered
  • Contribute to continuous improvement ethos, shaping the future of finance processes
