We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant in a Stimulating Learning Environment to join our team in Preston. As a key member of the staff, you will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities, as well as supporting the development of a stimulating and safe learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or adults with SEN needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to lead reading intervention groups and provide one-on-one support to students as needed.

We are offering a competitive salary of around £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position also includes the opportunity to join a passionate and supportive team dedicated to the well-being and development of students.
