Job Title: Holiday Club Playworker

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for children during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute structured and exciting activities that encourage maximum participation, such as multi-sports, games, arts and crafts, and more.
  • Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including signing in and out processes.
  • Provide refreshments for the children while maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Set up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children in a play-based setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
