Purchasing Administrator Role at Orion Electrotech

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Administrator to manage procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory levels in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports to supply chain partners, ensuring prompt responses and data entry into the ERP system.
  • Place purchase orders to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery.
  • Prepare document packs, inclusive of drawings and BOMs to support custom part orders.
  • Manage selected supplier relationships to control inventories and ensure timely material flow.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Prior experience in raising Purchase Orders in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient communication skills, with the ability to excel in a Team dynamic.
  • Emphasis on Detail-orientation with organisational skills.
  • Proactive and responsive attitude.
