Job Overview

The Equity Transactions Manager is responsible for the overall performance of EBRD's equity portfolio in the Real Estate sector, including formulating and implementing EBRD's equity investment approach to the sector. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, as well as practical experience in origination and leading complex equity transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening project proposals, identifying sound and executable investments that meet the investment criteria and mandate of the Bank.
  • Leading complex transactions and project teams, structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions with investee companies, fellow shareholders, authorities, consultants, and internal units.
  • Managing resources and workload of project teams under supervision, overseeing project due diligence processes ensuring they meet the Bank's standards.
  • Ensuring all transactions within responsibility are completed within specified time frames to a high standard and in line with the policies, procedures, and objectives of the Bank.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
