About the Role

We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early years education to our students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting, with excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods. You will be an effective communicator, able to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners, and possess a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
