We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, providing a rich and engaging curriculum that fosters a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of EYFS students.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to engage and inspire students, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive relationships and respectful behaviour.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching EYFS students in a primary school setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
