Job Description

MPI Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
