Job Summary:

Gibbs Hybrid is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations and Payroll team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes, while providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify payroll data from our HR system to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK and ROI legislation.
  • Collaborate with our payroll vendor to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Amend and make necessary changes to payroll records.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their payroll-related queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with testing and implementation of new payroll systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of UK and ROI payroll legislation.
  • Experience with ADP Streamline or Global View, or similar payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong numeracy skills and ability to perform manual calculations.
  • Ability to manage workload and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience, including experience with Republic of Ireland payroll.
  • Experience with MS Access Database.
  • CIP, CIPM, or CIPPM certifications.
