About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to join our Marketing Communications team as interns. As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including brand communications, social media marketing, customer relationship marketing, and retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and campaigns that drive business results.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of brand communications strategies, including messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Help manage and maintain social media presence, including content creation, engagement, and analytics.
  • Contribute to the development of customer relationship marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, loyalty programs, and lead generation.
  • Support the retail marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns for BMW dealerships.
Requirements
  • Currently studying a related degree subject and on track to achieve at least a 2:1 classification.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong relationship building skills, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident, with a thirst for learning, an eye for detail, and a creative flair.
  • Good organisational and time management skills, coupled with the ability to prioritise activities.
  • Ability to work at both a detailed and high level, under pressure and multi-task.
  • Willing to take on responsibility, think ahead, and show initiative.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and a passion for BMW products and services, with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary of £23,700, with 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your 13-month contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
  • Contracted working hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
