Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor to join our team at Active Life. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping our customers understand the importance of exercise to improve their health.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre and post-program assessments to ensure participants' individual needs are met and abilities catered for.
- Lead and deliver exercise classes, focusing on cardiovascular health and rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement exercise programs tailored to participants' needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate participants' progress, making adjustments to programs as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of exercise programs into participants' treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to participants on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new exercise programs and services.
- BACPR qualification and First Aid at Work Certificate (or ability to achieve within 3 months).
- Immediate Life Support Training (including AED).
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
