Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor to join our team. As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor, you will play a vital role in helping our customers understand the importance of exercise to improve their health.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre and post-program assessments to ensure participants' individual needs are met and abilities catered for.
- Lead and deliver exercise classes, promoting a safe and effective exercise program.
- Work closely with participants to motivate and encourage them to adhere to a regular physical activity program.
- Conduct screenings and assessments, interpreting clinical investigations and providing evidence-based advice for discharge planning.
- Develop and implement individualized exercise programs, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Respond to emergency situations, including cardiac arrest, and ensure the highest standards of conduct are maintained at all times.
- BACPR qualification and First Aid at Work Certificate (or ability to achieve within 3 months).
- Immediate Life Support Training, including AED.
- Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
- Excellent verbal, numerical, and written skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
