Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Merchandising Supervisor to join our team at Kohl's Peru. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading our merchandising efforts and ensuring that our sales floor is always visually appealing and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute store merchandising standards and visual merchandising direction to achieve excellent product presentation and sales floor layout.
- Coach and train merchandising associates to accurately and efficiently execute company merchandising direction to brand standards.
- Execute pricing activities in store, ensuring accurate and efficient price changes, sign changes, and ticketing procedures.
- Support the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools adhering to Kohl's brand standards.
- Demonstrate and coach a customer service mindset, including customer service philosophies, anticipating customer needs, and satisfactorily resolving issues.
- Prevent loss by educating associates, monitoring daily store activity, maintaining product protection standards, and ensuring company policies are followed.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed business decisions that drive overall store results.
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers.
- Perform key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing store processes, and providing direction to associates.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
- Experience supervising teams or associates, including the responsibility for coaching to achieve daily performance goals.
- Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs.
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
