Mortgage Advisor

About the Role:

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Emsworth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with estate agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with estate agency teams to provide training and support.
• Attract new customers and business, while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
• Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
• Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.
• A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
