Legal Document Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including checklists and administrative tasks.
* Provide regular updates to clients and introducers on transaction progress.
* Perform administrative tasks as required, including filing, postage, and data entry.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and procedures.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Good time management and prioritization skills.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
