Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to the finance team, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing general ledger entries, supporting month-end and year-end financial processes, and assisting with payroll.

As a key member of the finance team, you will contribute to ongoing process improvements and work collaboratively to achieve business objectives.

About You:
  • You have a strong understanding of transactional finance and at least [insert number] years of experience in a similar role.
  • You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and proficient in using accounting software and Excel.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and able to commute to North Shields 5 days a week.
