Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Finance Manager to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in helping us navigate the challenges of the 2025/26 budget and Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) refresh.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Strategic Finance Manager and Finance Business Partner colleagues to lead the development and delivery of medium-term financial planning, coordination of the Council's annual budget process, and alignment with corporate and service planning processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating financial monitoring and reporting processes across the Council to ensure regular reporting to the council's leadership and improving current processes.
  • Working closely with Finance Business Partners to develop financial mitigations and ensure that financial and service delivery information is aligned.
  • Supporting the Strategic Finance Manager in leading the development and delivery of medium-term financial planning and coordination of the Council's annual budget process.
