Job Title: Shropshire Council Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Shropshire Council Driver to join our team at Absolute Personnel. As a Shropshire Council Driver, you will be responsible for transporting students to and from school safely and efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Drive a minibus to transport students to and from school
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of students
  • Handle wheelchairs correctly and ensure they are secure
  • Work with the passenger assistant to ensure a smooth journey

Requirements:

  • Have a D1 entitlement on your licence
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to learn and develop new skills
