We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salary and Benefits Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and data protection.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The main responsibilities of the Salary and Benefits Administrator will include:
- Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and submitted to HMRC.
- Managing absences in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Processing company pension schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Processing other payroll deductions and ad hoc payments.
