Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Registration Investigation Team as a senior manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 16 staff and providing leadership, guidance, and direction to two team managers. You will also be responsible for making sound decisions based on NMC legislation and policy, as well as ensuring that our high-quality risk-based investigations meet NMC evidential requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Significant analytical and investigative experience
  • Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
  • Experience of managing and implementing changes to operational processes and systems
  • Ability to understand and explain complex policy and legislation

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000-£75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, enhanced pension contributions, life assurance, hybrid working policies, and access to a range of employee assistance programs.
