A key aspect of this role is managing the project pipeline, conceptualizing and conducting workshops, guiding clients through the design process, and building partnerships with clients and establishing a network.

Key Skills and Qualifications\
This role requires a proven track record of shaping winning Design RFx proposals in a design consultancy or agency environment. You will need demonstrable experience in building new client relationships, acquiring design projects, and collaborating with existing sales teams. Additionally, you will require a strong ability to conceptualize and communicate innovative ideas and strategic concepts, translate them into concrete steps, and solve complex challenges through systemic and analytical thinking as well as a pragmatic design approach. Strong knowledge of trends in the automotive and banking industries and how Design can best meet these is also essential. An estimated salary for this role is approximately £90,000-£120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
