Nursery Leadership Team Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Partou The Thanes Club, Staines TW18.
As part of the National Partnership in Early Learning and Childcare (NPELC), we operate over 1,300 childcare settings across England, employing more than 38,000 people and taking care of over 160,000 children.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, 60% childcare discount, and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification, strong leadership and management skills, and experience in a nursery setting.
Key responsibilities include implementing the EYFS, overseeing planning and record keeping, and building relationships with parents, carers, and local authorities.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Maths GCSE
- Strong leadership and management skills
