Top Job Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency providing top talent to various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team.

Salary:£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage financial transactions, including income and expenses, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel, is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage both the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring invoices are raised and paid in a timely manner.
  • Payroll: Assist with or manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of wages, benefits, and deductions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, forecast future financial trends, and ensure the business has sufficient funds for operations.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
