**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Manchester. As an Early Years Education Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the learning and development of young children.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the class teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to the Early Years curriculum.
  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn through play.
  • Provide individual and small-group support to children to help develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Assist with classroom preparation, activity planning, and monitoring pupil progress.
  • Support children with varying needs, ensuring that each child feels included and valued.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in an EYFS setting and a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
  • A positive, proactive approach to supporting young learners' development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
