Searchability NS&D is a leading company in the field of Oracle Cloud solutions, offering permanent opportunities for experienced professionals.

As an Oracle Cloud Payroll Support Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, including incident management, problem resolution, and change activities.

We offer a competitive salary up to £60k + package, based in Manchester with mostly remote work. If you have excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, particularly payroll, and a positive/can-do approach, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Oracle Payroll support for customers, including request fulfilment, incident management, and change activities.
  • Be available on-call for major incidents over weekends and bank holidays.
  • Undertake root cause analysis of customer issues, apply fixes as necessary, and manage through to resolution.
  • Manage expectations with customers through change and/or issue lifecycle.
  • Work with customers to identify and document business requirements.
  • Support the design of technological solutions for customers and ensure best practice approaches are used.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively articulate system enhancements and process workaround solutions.
  • Fully document all solutions developed.

Requirements:

  • Home/Hybrid location with travel required as per customer/project needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, particularly payroll.
  • Positive/can-do approach, passionate about customer experience.
  • Takes ownership and accountability of work done.
  • Ability to work across multiple deliverables.
  • Well-organised and structured approach.
  • Demonstrates tenacity to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent attention to detail, written, and verbal communication skills.
