Job Description

**Job Title:** Regional HR Advisor

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team as a Regional HR Advisor. This is a newly created role where you will play a key role in supporting our business across multiple locations in the Eastern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to managers regarding all areas of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Employee Relations: Support managers in dealing with performance, employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Effectively manage the recruitment and selection process, identifying and sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, research, and social media.
  • Probation Reviews: Support managers with probation reviews and facilitate an effective performance review process.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver in-house training as appropriate and coach and up-skill managers as necessary.
  • Organisational Change: Work closely with the Head of HR to play a key role in any restructures, organisational changes, and terms and conditions changes.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Previous experience of working in an HR Generalist role with a strong knowledge of HR Practices, policies, and employment law.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the confidence to escalate critical issues.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Packages, with a high level of IT literacy and experience of HR Systems and Processes.

Working Arrangements:

The role will be office-based 3 days a week with travel across multiple locations across the region. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be flexible to travel. A company car will be available as part of the remuneration package.
