We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to transport fine art goods throughout the UK. Key duties include:

  • Delivering and collecting fine art goods
  • Moving and handling high-end goods, including physical lifting, loading, and unloading
  • Carrying out general driving duties, adhering to legal and best practice for delivery and collection
  • Liaising with office staff to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensuring vehicle loads are safe and damage-free, secured with appropriate restraints
  • Performing other duties as requested by management

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a HGV Class 2 Driver in the fine art sector or transferable experience in shipping, packing, installation, or storage. A full HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence, valid Driver CPC, and experience driving a Category C vehicle are also essential. Additionally, handling high-end goods requires attention to detail and care.

About the Role:

This HGV Class 2 Driver position involves driving for a fine art transport company. The successful candidate will have a valid driver's licence and experience working with high-end goods. They will be responsible for delivering and collecting fine art goods, ensuring safe and damage-free transportation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence
  • Valid Driver CPC
  • Experience driving a Category C vehicle
  • Attention to detail and care when handling high-end goods
