We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team at Zen Educate as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, you will be working closely with teachers and SENCOs to develop personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of students with additional learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom, adapting to the school's needs and taking a proactive approach to student success.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create and implement effective learning strategies.

Requirements:

The salary for this position ranges from £18,933 to £24,491 per annum, dependent on experience. Please note that salaries may vary based on location and qualifications.
