Electrical Team Lead

Gap Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join their team at their facility in Burton Latimer. As a key member of the electrical team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices.
- Manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Design and build control panels to meet client specifications.
- Ensure compliance with BS 60204 electrical equipment standards.
- Conduct testing to BS7671 standards.
- Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver projects.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within building services.
This is a 6-month contract position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in leading teams and managing projects.
