Electrical Team Lead Opportunity

Gap Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Lead to join their team at their facility in Burton Latimer. As a key member of the electrical team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure safe working practices.
  • Collaborate with the project team to plan and coordinate electrical work.
  • Supervise and mentor electrical technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical project management or supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
