Key Responsibilities- Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Reconcile supplier and subcontractor statements, resolving any discrepancies.
- Process payments according to scheduled dates, maintaining timely and efficient financial operations.
- Provide support to fellow Administrators as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Answer phone calls and handle general inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in a finance department in a similar role.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literacy.
Estimated salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
