As an Independent End-Point Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting holistic assessments of apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviours to ensure they meet the rigorous standards set by employers. You will work independently, with no conflict of interest, and maintain high-quality records of assessment outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant occupational experience in healthcare, a formal assessor qualification, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, they should have experience of leading meetings, assessing qualifications, and complying with quality assurance requirements.
