Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Childrens Services team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals providing childcare services to children and families. Responsibilities and Requirements

  1. Lead and Manage a Team of Professionals
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
Maintain High-Quality Service Delivery
  • To ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
  • To develop and maintain policies and procedures that promote best practice in childcare services
  • To ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with these policies and procedures
Foster Collaborative Working Relationships
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners
  • To facilitate open communication and collaboration across teams and departments

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
