We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Underwriter to join our team at Rico Property Finance Ltd (T/A D&R Recruitment).
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving mortgage applications, ensuring that all aspects of the loans are recorded accurately and meet underwriting guidelines. They will also be responsible for providing updates to brokers and proactively chasing them for outstanding requirements.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in underwriting 1st and/or 2nd charge mortgage applications and a good understanding of FCA regulations. They will also have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
