Job Title: Senior Sales Executive


Salary: £26,380 (OTE £35,980)


Bonus: Competitive annual bonus based on company performance


Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days. Weekend work is involved.


As a leading car-buying service in the UK, we are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us.


Duties:



  1. Model high performance in buying cars, supporting the Regional Manager in driving performance.
  2. Provide cover for the Regional Manager if needed and support colleagues to achieve their best.
  3. Main point of contact for customers in the local branch.
  4. Contact customers and prioritize appointments and targets.
  5. Lead customers through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling documents, and processing payments.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  7. Assist the Regional Manager in managing the region and compliance.
  8. Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
  9. Identify and provide feedback and development points for colleagues.
  10. Report any potential threats to the business.
  11. Ensure diaries/rotas are set up according to company instructions.
  12. Complete purchases according to company standards.
  13. Provide temporary cover in other regions.
  14. Complete tasks as set out by HR.
  15. Assist in completing all purchases.
