Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Salary: £26,380 (OTE £35,980)
Bonus: Competitive annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern over 5 days. Weekend work is involved.
As a leading car-buying service in the UK, we are expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us.
Duties:
- Model high performance in buying cars, supporting the Regional Manager in driving performance.
- Provide cover for the Regional Manager if needed and support colleagues to achieve their best.
- Main point of contact for customers in the local branch.
- Contact customers and prioritize appointments and targets.
- Lead customers through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling documents, and processing payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Regional Manager in managing the region and compliance.
- Perform Branch Standard checks when visiting locations.
- Identify and provide feedback and development points for colleagues.
- Report any potential threats to the business.
- Ensure diaries/rotas are set up according to company instructions.
- Complete purchases according to company standards.
- Provide temporary cover in other regions.
- Complete tasks as set out by HR.
- Assist in completing all purchases.
