Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at Ashby de la Zouch. The successful candidate will lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of production equipment and facilities, working a 30-hour week.
Responsibilities:- To lead the maintenance team and plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production.
- To collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- To ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance leadership or a related field.
- Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with production teams.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
