Job Title: Teaching Assistant Hackney

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEND school in Hackney. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs, providing individualized support and care to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children with SEND in a 1:1 or group setting
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Basic knowledge of SEND and its impact on children's learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
